Shipping and Delivery Arrangements

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. How will I receive my orders?

  • We have chosen to have our sensory kits, materials, toys sent via door-to-door delivery to ensure that your purchases are well-kept and in good condition when they reach your hands. We do not want the materials to be subject to heat, hard knocks and a long delivery time which is common with other modes of delivery.
  • We send out all orders through the efficient door-to door delivery guys ($8 flat rate) for any number of products under $90. 
  • Enjoy Free Shipping via Courier when you spend $90 or more on physical products only [except waterbeads party favors, or any deliveries to Sentosa Island.
  • FOC delivery with minimum spending of $90 is only applicable to deliveries within the main island of Singapore
  • Deliveries to Sentosa Island will incur slightly higher delivery charges due to the entry fee that needs to be paid, and the distance that needs to be travelled into the island. Please do not purchase if you are not comfortable with the extra costs.  
  • Payments made for workshops, parties and services in general do not count towards the $90 for Free Shipping since these are not physical goods that are being sold. 

2. How long will it take before I can expect to receive my order?

We strive to pack and dispatch your sensory kits or materials within 5-7 working days.  Some orders may take longer to process during peak season or sale periods. Please allow your parcels 1-2 working day to reach you after you receive the email notification that your order has been processed for delivery.

We have about 2-3 delivery days each week, but for urgent orders, we will try to expedite the delivery too. Just drop us an email and we'll do our best for you! 

Update: We now deliver to Malaysia! If you would like to find out delivery charges to Malaysia, do drop us an email (hello@tickleyoursenses.sg) and we will be in touch asap!

Update: International Delivery! We now deliver all our accessories (dough cutters, rollers, textured stampers, name stamps etc). No dough will be sent on International deliveries, though as we don't think our dough friends will travel well. Thank you for your understanding.  

3. I have a crisis. I need the kit to reach me the next day, is it possible?

If you have made the purchase in the early part of the day before 12noon and made payment promptly, it is possible for this. We will do what we can to help, especially if it is not the peak season, but please let check with us the possibility as we do create each kit freshly. We only charge a nominal fee of $10-$12 for express service and for rushing the orders out for you, so just drop us an email.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

You can use these methods of payment: 

  • a PayPal account to pay for your order, or
  • a credit card account
  • Direct Bank Transfer to our account 
  • DBS PayLah!
  • PAYNOW
  • Please email us with your order number to update us on your completed payment via Bank Transfer, DBS PayLah! or Paynow once you are done!

Kindly note that your order status will be "pending" until we are informed that payment has been made. Your order will be processed and delivered after we have verified that payment has been received. We seek your understanding that given the big volume of the orders that we receive daily, it would really help if you inform us of the success of the payment done (with a transaction number or a screenshot of payment) to avoid any delays in deliveries/ shipping. 

5. Take my money! How do I pay? 

You may make your transfer to the following account:

  • DBS Current Account 003-949599-4 Internet Banking allows fund transfers to accounts of other banks.
  • UEN 5333 4475A for PayLah! or Paynow! 
  • Kindly note payment should be made within 24 hours of making your order. Your order will be void if payment is not received in time.
  • Once you have made the transfer, kindly notify us via email at hello@tickleyoursenses.sg. or DM us on Instagram Messenger @tickleyoursenses. Include a screenshot of your transfer for verification purposes.
  • Your order will be sent out shortly upon payment and verification.

6. Can I cancel or make changes to my order after placing it?

We are sorry that we are unable to make changes to your order once it is successfully completed on our website. However, if you need any assistance to make minor changes, kindly drop us an e-mail at hello@tickleyoursenses.sg or DM us on Instagram Messenger @tickleyoursenses

7. Can I self collect my items?

We are busy mommies with young children, so we apologise that we are unable to do meet-ups at this point. Thank you for your understanding! Do collate orders with your friends to qualify for free shipping over $90 for physical products! There are accessories and other tool sets that you can purchase to accompany the kits for a fuller experience of sensory play.

We also stock at physical stores in Singapore, so just drop us a DM and we can tell you where to go for what you want. The largest range of products are of course available in the shop. We have so many brands, just ask us for recommendations if you need some help to hit $90! :p 

8. What if I want to exchange an item or ask for a refund? 

Should an item that is faulty reach you, within 48 hours, please kindly send us a photo of the problem part via email (hello@tickleyoursenses.sg) or Instagram messenger (@tickleyoursenses), we will typically get back to you within 48 hours to work out how the exchange can be done. We understand that sometimes customers might mistakenly buy 2 of the same item, and might want a refund for the 2nd item. We usually offer refunds in terms of store credits so that you can purchase a different item instead. 

We are unable to offer an exchange for these cases, however:

    • Wood based items that have wood grains, blemishes, dark spots that are due to the nature of the wood piece, and not due to defects
    • Hand-made items that again, are unique and might not look exactly like the photos presented
    • Discounted & seasonal items that are sold at lower prices already
    • Wrong orders made by customers who might have clicked wrongly or misread the items
    • Used items that have been damaged by wear and tear 

    All items leave our shop BRAND NEW, we do not sell samples, so please note that sometimes wood products or hand made products will not be as perfect/beautiful as plastic toys and products. They bear the nature of their material: which is wood, buffeted by nature, and shaped by its environment.
