This brand was started in 2009 in Melbourne, Australia, by Victoria Reading who simply couldn’t find the right sort of toys for her boys, Harry and Jock. Her boys became an integral part of the Freckled Frog testing team. They have not been afraid to speak their minds about the designs Victoria created and told her when she needed to go back to the drawing board.
The children’s candid responses, along with Victoria’s firsthand knowledge of what parents and educators wanted, allowed The Freckled Frog to grow into what it is today: With over 150 products that are open-ended and gender neutral. They promote inclusiveness and cultural diversity too.
